Missiles function similar to rockets, but instead of a wooden stick to guide its flight, fins act as stabilisers. Missiles generally consist of three parts; the engine for propulsion, plastic fins for guidance, and the heading for the visual display at the top of its flight. To properly and safely launch a missile, ensure fins are placed on flat surface and not angled straight up. the guidance stick is slid down inside a vertical tube or pipe such that the engine and fuse is still visible above the top of the tube.
